SodaStream<\/a><\/strong> cherchait un partenaire capable de produire et aussi distribuer chez 14 d\u00e9taillants diff\u00e9rents le mat\u00e9riel PLV de sa derni\u00e8re campagne men\u00e9e en collaboration avec PepsiCo<\/a><\/strong>. Un d\u00e9fi technique et logistique qui a fait p\u00e9tiller les \u00e9quipes de Thinkerbell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour la promotion de 6 nouveaux concentr\u00e9s d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s avec PepsiCo, SodaStream avait besoin de 2 800 displays et d\u2019un grand nombre d\u2019autres supports PLV (lire plus loin<\/em>). \u00ab Ils \u00e9taient \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un partenaire fiable pour g\u00e9rer l\u2019ensemble des aspects du projet qui comprenait, outre la production des pr\u00e9sentoirs, un gros volet logistique, souligne Lieve Nolmans, account manager chez Thinkerbell. Cette approche globale et intelligente, nous \u00e9tions en mesure de leur offrir gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019une de nos forces : la flexibilit\u00e9. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De la conception au remplissage des displays<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dans un premier temps, Thinkerbell s\u2019est charg\u00e9 du concept cr\u00e9atif et de la conception de : displays quart de palette, displays palette, pr\u00e9sentoirs de th\u00e9\u00e2tralisation, totems, arches, banni\u00e8res pour \u00e9tag\u00e8res, wobblers, posters et topcards en Forex<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thinkerbell s\u2019est \u00e9galement occup\u00e9e de la logistique, de l\u2019assemblage, du remplissage et de la distribution aux diff\u00e9rents points de vente. \u00ab C\u2019\u00e9tait crucial pour nous de compter sur un seul partenaire pour l\u2019ensemble de ces aspects, confirme Kristof Maes, Brand & Trade Marketing Manager Belux chez SodaStream. Notre plus grande pr\u00e9occupation \u00e9tait n\u00e9anmoins la logistique car la campagne \u00e9tait \u00e9norme et les displays devaient \u00eatre livr\u00e9s \u00e0 plus d\u2019une dizaine de d\u00e9taillants diff\u00e9rents. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14 retailers, 3 cha\u00eenes logistiques<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Chaque d\u00e9taillant ayant sa propre cha\u00eene logistique, la livraison et le montage des pr\u00e9sentoirs a exig\u00e9 beaucoup de flexibilit\u00e9 et d\u2019expertise. Deux qualit\u00e9s ch\u00e8res \u00e0 Thinkerbell, et qu\u2019elle a pu \u00e0 nouveau prouver, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son excellente collaboration avec Werminval, un atelier prot\u00e9g\u00e9 situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Anvers, qui s\u2019est charg\u00e9 de remplir une partie des displays. L\u2019ensemble du mat\u00e9riel a pu ainsi \u00eatre livr\u00e9 sans encombre chez 14 retailers r\u00e9partis sur trois cha\u00eenes logistiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leur approche one-stop shop offre une r\u00e9elle tranquillit\u00e9 d\u2019esprit bien n\u00e9cessaire sur des campagnes comme celle-ci. De plus, tout le processus de production de Thinkerbell vise \u00e0 limiter l\u2019empreinte carbone, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation d\u2019encres \u00e0 base d\u2019eau et au recours \u00e0 l\u2019eau de pluie uniquement. Un aspect durable qui nous tient \u00e0 c\u0153ur chez SodaStream et qui est la pierre angulaire de notre produit. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n
