As part of a special Father’s Day promotion at Lidl, Omer Vander Ghinste Brewery sought to develop a quarter-pallet display unit.
The campaign involved offering a free 75cl bottle with the purchase of two OMER. four-packs. The display had to accommodate both formats — the four-packs and the free bottles — while ensuring maximum strength and stability during transport.
We designed a robust pallet display incorporating four cold-stacked trays for the packs, alongside a fixed tray dedicated to the 75cl bottles. This layout gives shoppers easy access to both formats while optimising floor space.
To guarantee the display’s durability and transport resilience, we conducted two series of handling tests focusing on loading and unloading — simulating real-life logistics conditions.
Result ? A well-structured and effective POS solution that enhances product visibility and reinforces the client's promotional message at point of sale.
